We offer a travel vacation with a more human meaning…

Spend some time of your vacation at our community center in Munoz just behind the public school and you can join us as you please. You can also be creative and invent your own… conference, art, sport, play, etc. The kids will fill your hearts with joy and you may think differently after this encounter… Special invite to you…when you are ready. You can tke the time to relax at the beginning of your travel vacation and then slowly get involved at your own pace…

Our program is flexible; you can give as much or as little as you wish. The children and also the adults want to learn….If they learn languages they may have a better chance to work in tourism and we are located just across the street from the tourist complex of Playa Dorada (14 hotels) and Costa Dorada (2 hotels). We believe in education and there is a lot to do in the village and in the Haitian Batey. this is why we accept whatever you can share with the local community while enjoying your precious travel vacation time! We just need some of your time!

You don’t need to be a professional teacher you just need to have the desire to help during your vacation. A little presentation about hygiene, washing hands or any other themes are welcome! Our community center is across a soccer field, we have plenty of space to work and play! Local people are extremely friendly and welcoming. If you have a chance you can bring some school supplies or any sport equipment. You can also leave them any clothe or shoes at the end of your travel vacation.

We have many small projects already going on…like water filters and many educative program: literacy classes, English and French classes and also Spanish classes to the Haitians who came after the earthquake and they don’t know the language of the Dominican Republic. The kids love doing arts! We recently formed a legal foundation: fondation SuncampDR and we need you! We need that you give us some time during your volunteer vacation in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic! We have projects to help business, agriculture, etc.
